Mr. Sekgaphane, a distinguished legal professional, proudly holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of North West in South Africa. His illustrious career began in 1988 as an office clerk at a reputable law firm in the area of Rustenburg in North West Province of South Africa. Subsequently, in 1991, he assumed the role of Legal Officer at the Consumer Council of the estwhile Bophuthatswana government.

His dedication and expertise led to a swift promotion to manage the Consumer Education Department of the Consumer Council, a role he held for two years. In 1997, Mr. Sekgaphane transitioned into the gambling industry, taking on the role of a Gambling Inspector with the Mpumalanga Gambling Board in South Africa(now the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator).

For two years, he served diligently in this capacity and was later promoted to the position of Chief Inspector, further advancing to become the manager of the Gambling Control Department within the same organization. In 2004, he was entrusted with the role of Chief Executive Officer and continued to excel in this position until his resignation in 2007.

In 2008, Mr. Sekgaphane assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the North West Gambling Board in South Africa, a position he held with distinction for a decade. Subsequently, he transitioned to the private sector as a Gambling Consultant. After 8 months of successful consultancy work, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of a Management Company specializing in providing gambling regulatory compliance services to 8 gambling establishments, comprising of casinos, Bingo operations, Limited Payout Machines, and Betting enterprises.

Driven by his passion for effective regulation of the gambling industry, Mr. Sekgaphane returned to become a Gambling Consultant, by establishing Bojosi Consulting Solutions (Pty) Ltd
